EMFF yn y DU<\/h2>\n

Mae\u2019r Rhaglen Weithredol “M\u00f4r a Physgodfeydd 2014-2020” ar gyfer cymorth gan Gronfa\u2019r M\u00f4r a Physgodfeydd Ewrop (EMFF) yn y DU yn ceisio gwireddu blaenoriaethau datblygu cenedlaethol allweddol ynghyd ag amcanion “Ewrop 2020”. Mae\u2019r Rhaglen Weithredol yn mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 diwygio cyffredinol y Polisi Pysgodfeydd Cyffredin (CFP) a datblygu\u2019r Polisi M\u00f4r Integredig (IMP).<\/p>\n

Mae amcanion y DU wedi\u2019u diffinio o dan 4 prif nod polisi:<\/p>\n

  1. Addasu\u2019r sector pysgodfeydd yn unol \u00e2 gofynion y CFP diwygiedig \u2013 canolbwyntio ar drawsnewid y fflyd i bysgodfeydd wedi\u2019u rheoli yn gynaliadwy heb bysgod taflu yn \u00f4l, arloesi<\/li>\n
  2. Meithrin y potensial ar gyfer twf ledled y cadwyni cyflenwi ym meysydd pysgodfeydd, dyframaethu a phrosesu \u2013 trwy gymorth ar gyfer arloesi, a buddsoddi mewn seilwaith ar y tir ac ar y m\u00f4r<\/li>\n
  3. Helpu i gynyddu cynaliadwyedd economaidd, amgylcheddol a chymdeithasol y sector \u2013 trwy ddefnyddio adnoddau naturiol yn effeithlon, cefnogi polis\u00efau i ddenu a chadw pobl mewn ardaloedd arfordirol, gwella llywodraethu lleol ac ati<\/li>\n
  4. Cyflawni ymrwymiadau gorfodi a chasglu data\u2019r DU \u2013 trwy ddatblygu adnoddau TG a thechnoleg i gefnogi prosesau rheoli a gorfodi, gwella\u2019r gallu i olrhain cynhyrchion pysgodfeydd, ac addasu prosesau casglu data i ymateb i ofynion newydd y CFP diwygiedig<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Gr\u0175p Gweithredu Lleol Pysgodfeydd \u2013 FLAG<\/h2>\n

    Mae ardaloedd pysgodfeydd ledled yr UE yn wynebu heriau sylweddol. Mae\u2019r dirywiad cyson mewn incwm a chyflogaeth yn y sector pysgota wedi tanlinellu\u2019r angen am ymatebion arloesol sy\u2019n gynaliadwy ac yn gynhwysol.<\/p>\n

    Mae Datblygiad Dan Arweiniad y Gymuned (CLLD) yn adnodd sy\u2019n galluogi cymunedau pysgodfeydd lleol i fynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2\u2019r heriau hyn ar lawr gwlad gan ddefnyddio gwybodaeth rhanddeiliaid lleol i ddatrys problemau lleol.<\/p>\n

    Mae Cronfa\u2019r M\u00f4r a Physgodfeydd Ewrop (EMFF) yn ariannu Grwpiau Gweithredu Lleol Pysgodfeydd (FLAGs) i gyflwyno CLLD sy\u2019n canolbwyntio ar bysgodfeydd yng Nghymru. Bydd y gwaith hwn yn cael ei wneud trwy Strategaeth Datblygu Lleol (LDS) wedi\u2019i chynllunio gan bob un o\u2019r FLAGs. O dan EMFF, bydd y FLAGs yn canolbwyntio\u2019n bennaf ar gynorthwyo cymunedau pysgodfeydd i addasu i\u2019r Polisi Pysgodfeydd Cyffredin (CFP) diwygiedig a chefnogi twf economaidd cynaliadwy.<\/p>\n
