Daw\u2019r cyfraniadau mwyaf sylweddol o\u2019r:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/horizon-2020\/?lang=cy\">Horizon 2020<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/european-territorial-co-operation\/?lang=cy\">Cydweithredu Tiriogaethol Ewropeaidd<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/erasmus\/?lang=cy\">Erasmus+<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Cronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd<\/h2>\n<p>Mae\u2019r Cronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd yn cynnwys:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/european-regional-development-fund-erdf-and-european-social-fund-esf\/?lang=cy\">Cronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/european-regional-development-fund-erdf-and-european-social-fund-esf\/?lang=cy\">Cronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/european-agricultural-fund-for-rural-development-eafrd\/?lang=cy\">Cronfa Amaethyddol Ewrop ar gyfer Datblygu Gwledig (y Gronfa Cyfarwyddo a Gwarantu Amaethyddiaeth Ewrop flaenorol)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Cronfa\u2019r M\u00f4r a Physgodfeydd Ewrop (yr Offeryn Ariannol ar gyfer Cyfarwyddo Pysgodfeydd blaenorol)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Caiff dros hanner y cyllid a ddaw gan Ewrop ei ddarparu trwy Gronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd. C\u00e2nt eu rheoli ar y cyd gan y Comisiwn Ewropeaidd a gwledydd yr UE. Yn achos Cymru, yr awdurdod rheoli yw the <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.wales\/funding\/eu-funds\/?skip=1&amp;lang=cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Swyddfa Cyllid Ewropeaidd Cymru (WEFO)<\/a>. Diben y cyllid yw buddsoddi mewn creu swyddi ac economi ac amgylchedd cynaliadwy ac iach yn Ewrop. Adran <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.wales\/funding\/eu-funds\/?skip=1&amp;lang=cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Swyddfa Cyllid Ewropeaidd Cymru (WEFO)<\/a> Llywodraeth Cymru sy\u2019n trafod telerau\u2019r rhaglenni \u00e2\u2019r Comisiwn Ewropeaidd ac sy\u2019n rheoli\u2019r rhaglenni a gymeradwywyd: cymeradwyo grantiau a monitro perfformiad a chydymffurfio.<\/p>\n<p>Ar gyfer y cyfnod 2014-2020 cymhwysodd Gorllewin Cymru a&#8217;r Cymoedd unwaith eto, fel rhanbarth \u2018llai datblygedig\u2019 a dyfarnwyd iddo y lefel uchaf o grant cymorth yr UE o ryw \u00a31.4 biliwn. Dyfarnwyd Dwyrain Cymru yn rhanbarth \u2018mwy datblygedig\u2019, a bydd yn derbyn tua \u00a3300 miliwn. Yn Ne-ddwyrain Cymru mae gennym ni 10 o ranbarthau awdurdod lleol, chwech ohonynt yng Ngorllewin Cymru a\u2019r Cymoedd (Blaenau Gwent, Pen-y-bont ar Ogwr, Caerffili, Merthyr Tudful, RhCT, Torfaen) a phedwar yn Nwyrain Cymru (Caerdydd, Sir Fynwy, Casnewydd, Bro Morgannwg).<\/p>\n<p>Bydd rhannau o Gymru, a\u2019u cymhwysedd yn cael ei bennu ar lefel ward, hefyd yn gymwys i gael cyllid trwy <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.wales\/topics\/environmentcountryside\/farmingandcountryside\/cap\/ruraldevelopment\/?skip=1&amp;lang=cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Gronfa Amaethyddol Ewrop ar gyfer Datblygu Gwledig<\/a> a <a href=\"http:\/\/gov.wales\/topics\/environmentcountryside\/marineandfisheries\/european-maritime-fisheries-fund\/?skip=1&amp;lang=cy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Chronfa\u2019r M\u00f4r a Physgodfeydd Ewrop<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd y Cronfeydd Strwythurol a Buddsoddi Ewropeaidd, ynghyd \u00e2 chyllid cyfatebol, yn ysgogi cyfanswm buddsoddiad o \u00a33 biliwn ledled Cymru, a fydd yn helpu pobl i waith a hyfforddiant, cyflogaeth i bobl ifanc, cystadleurwydd busnes, ymchwil ac arloesi, ynni adnewyddadwy ac effeithlonrwydd ynni, seilwaith, cysylltedd a datblygiad trefol a gwledig.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Canolfan Ymchwil Delweddu\u2019r Ymennydd Prifysgol Caerdydd (CUBRIC) Ar gyfer y cyfnod rhaglennu presennol, 2014-20, mae Cymru yn derbyn cyllid gan Ewrop drwy nifer o ffrydiau arian amrywiol.
