Mae rhaglenni Cydweithredu Tiriogaethol Ewropeaidd, neu raglenni \u201cRhyngranbarthol\u201d yn hyrwyddo cydweithrediad rhwng aelod-wladwriaethau. Eu nod yw mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 heriau cyffredin a chefnogi gweithrediad effeithiol y farchnad sengl.<\/p>\n

Gan fod y rhaglenni yn gweithio ar draws ffiniau, mae\u2019n rhaid i brosiectau gynnwys sefydliadau o fwy nag un aelod-wladwriaeth. Bydd y prosiectau gorau yn cynnwys amrywiaeth eang o sefydliadau gwahanol o bob rhan o ardal y rhaglen, yn ogystal \u00e2 chynllun eglur i ledaenu canlyniadau eu prosiect yn ehangach. Caiff y prosiectau eu cydgysylltu gan \u2018bartner arweiniol\u2019 sy\u2019n sicrhau bod partneriaeth y prosiect yn gweithredu\u2019n effeithiol.<\/p>\n

Mae gan bob rhaglen drefniadau a gofynion ychydig yn wahanol. Nodir y rhai hynny sydd ar gael i sefydliadau yn ne-ddwyrain Cymru isod. I gael rhagor o wybodaeth am bob rhaglen, ewch i\u2019r wefan trwy\u2019r dolenni a roddir.<\/p>\n

Rhaglen Gogledd-orllewin Ewrop:<\/strong><\/a> Mae hon yn annog sefydliadau i gydweithredu er mwyn gwella\u2019r gwaith a gaiff ei wneud o fewn y rhanbarthau o ran datblygu economaidd, amgylcheddol, cymdeithasol a thiriogaethol. Mae\u2019r rhaglen yn cysylltu\u2019r DU (gan gynnwys Cymru gyfan) ag Iwerddon, Gwlad Belg, Lwcsembwrg a rhannau o Ffrainc, yr Almaen, yr Iseldiroedd a\u2019r Swistir.<\/p>\n

Rhaglen Ardal yr Iwerydd:<\/strong><\/a> Nod y rhaglen hon yw datrys heriau rhanbarthol ym meysydd arloesi, defnyddio adnoddau\u2019n effeithlon, yr amgylchedd ac asedau diwylliannol, cefnogi gwaith datblygu rhanbarthol a thwf cynaliadwy. Mae\u2019r rhaglen yn cysylltu rhanbarthau arfordirol yr Iwerydd, sy\u2019n cynnwys Iwerddon, rhannau o Ffrainc, Sbaen, gan gynnwys yr Ynysoedd Dedwydd, a Phortiwgal, gan gynnwys ynysoedd Azores a Madeira, ynghyd \u00e2 rhannau o\u2019r DU, gan gynnwys Cymru gyfan.<\/p>\n

Interreg Ewrop:<\/strong><\/a> Mae hon yn cwmpasu pob un o 28 o wladwriaethau\u2019r UE, a\u2019r Swistir a Norwy. Ei nod yw cyfnewid polis\u00efau ar draws rhanbarthau yr UE.<\/p>\n

INTERACT:<\/a><\/strong> Hon yw\u2019r canolbwynt ar gyfer cyfnewid gwybodaeth ac arfer gorau ymysg rhaglenni Cydweithredu Tiriogaethol Ewropeaidd.<\/p>\n
