{"id":312,"date":"2017-09-18T12:23:01","date_gmt":"2017-09-18T11:23:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/communities-for-work-priority-1\/"},"modified":"2020-08-25T16:12:48","modified_gmt":"2020-08-25T15:12:48","slug":"communities-for-work-priority-1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/cy\/communities-for-work-priority-1\/","title":{"rendered":"Cymunedau am Waith (Blaenoriaeth 1)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae Cymunedau am Waith yn rhaglen gyflogadwyedd a gynhelir gan Gronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop, sy\u2019n darparu gwasanaethau cymorth cyflogaeth mewn 52 o ardaloedd clwstwr Cymunedau yn Gyntaf ledled Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r rhaglen yn canolbwyntio ar gynyddu \u2018cyflogadwyedd\u2019 \u2018<b>oedolion\u2019 sy\u2019n economaidd anweithgar ac oedolion sydd wedi bod yn ddi-waith yn yr hirdymor <\/b>trwy gynnig mentora dwys a chyngor cyflogaeth arbenigol er mwyn goresgyn rhwystrau rhag cael cyflogaeth.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Mentoriaid Cyflogaeth Oedolion yn canolbwyntio ar leihau nifer y bobl &gt;25 oed, sy\u2019n byw mewn ardaloedd Cymunedau yn Gyntaf ac sydd wedi bod yn ddi-waith yn yr hirdymor neu sy\u2019n economaidd anweithgar (nad ydynt mewn addysg na hyfforddiant) sydd \u00e2 rhwystrau cymhleth rhag cael gwaith. Mae cynghorwyr yr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau yn canolbwyntio ar gynorthwyo cyfranogwyr sy\u2019n \u2018barod am waith\u2019 i mewn i gyflogaeth gan gynnwys;<\/p>\n<p>Mae rhaglen Cymunedau am Waith yn cynorthwyo cyfranogwyr i ystyried cyfleoedd am gyflogaeth, gwella sgiliau chwilio am swyddi a chaffael sgiliau meddal a galwedigaethol sy\u2019n bodloni gofynion y farchnad lafur ac sy\u2019n helpu unigolion i chwilio am swydd a\u2019i chadw.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cynghorwyr Cyflogaeth Oedolion a Chynghorwyr yr Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau yn cynnig:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cyfweliadau diagnostig i nodi rhwystrau rhag cael hyfforddiant neu gyflogaeth<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth i unigolion fynd i\u2019r afael a\u2019r hyn sy\u2019n eu rhwystro rhag cael gwaith, cael gafael ar hyfforddiant, nodi a chael gafael ar gyfleoedd addysg a chyflogaeth<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth, cyngor ac arweiniad personol, gan gynnwys cyfeirio at wasanaethau eraill<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth personol i gael gafael ar gyfleoedd cyflogaeth<\/li>\n<li>Cyfateb \u2018dyheadau\u2019r\u2019 cyfranogwr \u00e2 chyfleoedd y farchnad lafur<\/li>\n<li>Gwella technegau cyfweld<\/li>\n<li>Sgiliau chwilio am swydd<\/li>\n<li>Cymorth wrth ddatblygu cynlluniau gweithredu ar gyfer dychwelyd i\u2019r gwaith e.e.
