Mae\u2019n cefnogi pobl sy\u2019n gwella o gamddefnyddio sylweddau ac alcohol a\/neu o salwch meddwl. Mae\u2019r gwasanaeth ar gyfer pobl sydd wedi bod yn ddi-waith yn yr hirdymor neu\u2019n economaidd anweithgar. Gall gefnogi cyflogwyr sy\u2019n dymuno cynnig cyflogaeth neu gyfleoedd dysgu i gyfranogwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r Gwasanaeth Di-Waith yn darparu gwasanaeth mentora gan gymheiriaid a chymorth cyflogaeth arbenigol. Mae hefyd yn cynnig cymorth pontio am hyd at dri mis i gyfranogwyr sy\u2019n dod o hyd i waith.<\/p>\n<p>Gwaith mentor cymheiriaid penodedig yw darparu cefnogaeth eirioli, helpu pobl i oresgyn problemau yn ymwneud \u00e2 thai, rheoli arian, chwilio am swydd, cyfleoedd i wella eu haddysg, hyfforddiant, profiad ymarferol o waith neu waith gwirfoddol.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Mae\u2019r Gwasanaeth Di-Waith yn rhaglen arbenigol sy\u2019n gallu cefnogi 14,134 o bobl ledled Cymru hyd at fis Medi 2020.
