Nod Cenedl Hyblyg 2 yw hyrwyddo cydraddoldeb rhwng y rhywiau, datblygu gyrfa a gwella sefyllfa menywod yn y gweithlu ar draws pob naw sector blaenoriaeth yng Nghymru \u00e2 dau sector ychwanegol, Gweinyddu a Manwerthu. Mae hwn yn fenter bwysig gan fod menywod yn parhau i gael eu tangynrychioli yn y sectorau hyn neu yn cael eu tangynrychioli mewn swyddi gwneud penderfyniadau.<\/p>\n

Drwy gynnig Rhaglen Datblygu Gyrfa i fenywod a chymorth busnes i BBaChau, rydym yn adeiladu Cymru lle gall menywod gyflawni a ffynnu.<\/p>\n

Rhaglen Datblygu Gyrfa i Fenywod<\/strong>
\nMae\u2019r rhaglen yn cynnwys dysgu sgiliau allweddol sy\u2019n werthfawr i gyflogwyr trwy weithdai a mentora. Bydd unigolion hefyd yn cyflawni cymhwyster Arweinyddiaeth a Rheolaeth achrededig (ILM). Mae\u2019r Rhaglen Datblygu Gyrfa yn cynnwys cymhwyster ILM lefel 2.<\/p>\n

Cymorth Busnes<\/strong>
\nRydym yn cynnig ymgynghoriaeth busnes bwrpasol dros gyfnod o 12 mis i greu a darparu strategaeth Cydraddoldeb ac Amrywiaeth i BBaChau ledled Cymru.<\/p>\n

Cynlluniwyd y ddwy raglen i gefnogi 9 sector blaenoriaeth Llywodraeth Cymru:
