Bydd hyn yn cynnwys ymgorffori cefnogaeth ar gyfer iechyd meddwl a lles emosiynol ac atal digartrefedd ymhlith pobl ifanc. Bydd y Fframwaith diwygiedig hefyd yn nodi sut mae&#8217;n cyd-fynd \u00e2 Gwarant y Person Ifanc a blaenoriaethau cenedlaethol a strategol eraill.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/gov.wales\/refresh-youth-engagement-and-progression-framework-report\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Darllen Adnewyddiad Adroddiad Ymgynghoriad y Fframwaith Ymgysylltu a Chynnydd Ieuenctid ar wefan Llywodraeth Cymru<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Er bod targedau ac uchelgeisiau&#8217;r Cynllun Cyflogadwyedd cyfredol yn parhau i fod yn berthnasol, rydym yn cydnabod bod y cyd-destun darparu, cyllido ac economaidd wedi newid yn sylweddol. Mae&#8217;r heriau sy&#8217;n ymwneud ag anghydraddoldeb economaidd wedi dyfnhau, mae argyfwng Covid 19 wedi rhoi ffocws craffach ar y newidiadau strwythurol i ansawdd a natur cyflogaeth, yn enwedig cyflogaeth ansicr a chyflog isel. Er bod y rhagolygon ar gyfer adferiad y farchnad lafur wedi gwella\u2019n sylweddol, mae heriau posibl o hyd ar ei chyfer, yn enwedig o ran risgiau o fethiant busnes, effeithiau Brexit ac anfantais y farchnad lafur.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Rydym yn gweithio ar hyn o bryd ar Strategaeth Cyflogadwyedd ddiwygiedig y bydd angen iddi fabwysiadu dull hyblyg o weithredu i ystyried y newidiadau yn y farchnad lafur, y newid yn y dirwedd ddarparu o ganlyniad i ymyrraeth estynedig Llywodraeth y DU a&#8217;r Adran Gwaith a Phensiynau yng Nghymru, a goblygiadau ESF yn dod i ben a defnyddio\u2019r Gronfa Ffyniant a Rennir. Bydd hefyd yn cefnogi\u2019r Cerrig Milltir Cenedlaethol newydd sy\u2019n pennu targedau uchelgeisiol ar gyfer gweithgarwch sy\u2019n gysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r farchnad lafur, ac yn cadarnhau\u2019r gweithredu o amgylch Gwarant y Person Ifanc.<\/p>\n<p>Rydym hefyd yn cydnabod y rhan bwysig y mae&#8217;n rhaid i Lywodraeth Cymru ei chwarae wrth sicrhau bod sgiliau yn alluogydd allweddol ar gyfer ein taith Sero Net.
