Cyn hynny, bydd cyfnod cyn-etholiadol ffurfiol ar gyfer Llywodraeth Cymru, a fydd yn dechrau ar 14 Ebrill 2022, yn unol \u00e2\u2019r cyfnodau cyn-etholiadol yn Lloegr a\u2019r Alban.<\/p>\n<p>Cyn ymgymryd ag unrhyw weithgaredd cyfathrebu neu hyrwyddo, byddem yn argymell y dylai partneriaid \/ buddiolwyr arweiniol sy\u2019n Awdurdodau Lleol gyfeirio yn y lle cyntaf at eu canllawiau eu hunain ar sut i weithredu yn ystod cyfnod cyn-etholiadol o ran pa weithgareddau a gaiff barhau. Fodd bynnag, mae T\u00eem Cyfathrebu WEFO yn fodlon iawn darparu unrhyw gyngor ychwanegol ar y materion hyn.<\/p>\n<p>Gweler isod gadarnhad ynghylch gweithrediadau WEFO yn ystod y cyfnod cyn-etholiadol. Mae hyn yn berthnasol i brosiectau Cronfeydd Strwythurol yr UE lle y ceir partneriaid \/ buddiolwyr arweiniol sy\u2019n Awdurdodau Lleol yng Nghymru.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bydd cyhoeddiadau ynghylch cyllid newydd neu ychwanegol ac unrhyw waith hyrwyddo cysylltiedig yn cael eu hoedi dros dro. Ni fydd y rhai sydd wedi cael cymeradwyaeth ar gyfer cyllid ac nad yw WEFO wedi cyhoeddi\u2019r cyllid hwnnw yn cael eu hyrwyddo yn ystod y cyfnod cyn-etholiadol. O ran y rhai a all gael cymeradwyaeth yn ystod y cyfnod cyn-etholiadol, byddant yn ei chael o dan embargo ac ni ddylent ei hyrwyddo yn ystod y cyfnod hwn.<\/li>\n<li>Bydd WEFO yn parhau i ddyrannu cymorth ariannol i weithrediadau ac anfon llythyrau cymeradwyo, llythyrau amrywio, ac yn y blaen.
