Bydd cyfnod rhwng 20 Mehefin a 19 Awst 2022 ar gyfer ceisiadau llawn gan rai sydd wedi llwyddo yn y cam datganiad o ddiddordeb.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y cylch ariannu cyntaf, cafodd tri phrosiect yng Nghymru werth \u00a3464,258 o gyllid.<\/p>\n<p>Isod mae&#8217;r prif newidiadau o&#8217;r rownd gyntaf i fod yn ymwybodol ohonynt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Mae proses ymgeisio dau gam bellach. Mae&#8217;r cam datganiad o ddiddordeb (EOI) ar agor bob amser. Bydd ymgeiswyr yn llenwi ffurflen fer (a ddylai gymryd rhwng 10 a 15 munud) i wirio eu cymhwysedd a chael adborth ar gynigion cyn cyflwyno cais llawn.<\/li>\n<li>Dim ond ymgeiswyr sy&#8217;n llwyddo yn y cam datganiad o ddiddordeb sy&#8217;n cael ffurflenni cais llawn<\/li>\n<li>Bydd tri chyfnod ymgeisio yn ystod y flwyddyn, a dim ond ar \u00f4l llwyddo yn y cam datganiad o ddiddordeb y gellir cyflwyno ceisiadau.<\/li>\n<li>Nod rheolwyr y gronfa yw rhoi adborth ar ddatganiadau o ddiddordeb o fewn tair wythnos<\/li>\n<li>Erbyn hyn mae terfyn o ddau gais i bob prosiect<\/li>\n<li>Mae&#8217;r prosbectws yn cynnwys mwy o fanylion am gymhwysedd ar gyfer asedau chwaraeon ac asedau&#8217;r sector cyhoeddus.<\/li>\n<li>Mae&#8217;r amserlen ar gyfer cwblhau prosiectau wedi&#8217;i hymestyn o chwe mis i ddeuddeg mis<\/li>\n<li>Prydlesi 25 mlynedd a ffefrir o hyd, ond bydd y gronfa\u2019n caniat\u00e1u asedau sydd ag o leiaf bymtheg mlynedd o brydlesi a chymalau terfynu rhesymol yn awr<\/li>\n<li>Mae&#8217;r gofyniad i brosiectau fod wedi cael defnydd cymunedol yn ystod y 5 mlynedd diwethaf wedi&#8217;i ddileu, ond rhaid i asedau ddangos tystiolaeth o ddefnydd cymunedol yn y gorffennol o hyd.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mae bwriad i gynnig cymorth datblygu yn y dyfodol ac mae Llywodraeth y DU wrthi&#8217;n caffael darparwr i gefnogi darpar ymgeiswyr. Rhagwelir y bydd hyn ar waith yn ddiweddarach eleni.<\/p>\n<p>Nid yw&#8217;r meini prawf ar gyfer asesu ceisiadau wedi newid.<\/p>\n<p>Cynghorir prosiectau i beidio \u00e2 rhuthro gyda&#8217;u ceisiadau a&#8217;u cyflwyno pan fyddant yn barod.
