{"id":7934,"date":"2022-12-16T15:02:01","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T15:02:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/staying-well-work-case-studies\/"},"modified":"2022-12-16T16:56:12","modified_gmt":"2022-12-16T16:56:12","slug":"staying-well-work-case-studies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/cy\/staying-well-work-case-studies\/","title":{"rendered":"Astudiaethau achos Cadw\u2019n Iach yn y Gwaith"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-7909\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Team.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"619\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Rhondda Cynon Taf sy\u2019n arwain y Gwasanaeth Cadw\u2019n Iach yn y Gwaith a gyllidir trwy Flaenoriaeth 1 Cronfa Gymdeithasol Ewrop.\u00a0 Mae\u2019n cynnig cymorth i fusnesau micro, bach a chanolig yn ardal RhCT er mwyn sicrhau bod pawb a gyflogir yn ardal yr Awdurdod Lleol yn cael mynediad at wasanaethau cymorth \u2018yn y gwaith\u2019 sy\u2019n rhoi sylw penodol i anghenion llesiant unigolion a datblygu polis\u00efau cefnogol.<\/p>\n<h3>Astudiaeth achos Cleient A<\/h3>\n<p>Er mwyn cynorthwyo unigolion, mae\u2019r prosiect yn cynnig cymorth clinigol i staff i wella gweithredu dyddiol a rheoli symptomau, gan alluogi pobl i ddychwelyd i\u2019r gwaith neu barhau i weithio.\u00a0 Nodir isod enghraifft o sut mae\u2019r prosiect wedi helpu un o\u2019r cleientiaid hyn.<\/p>\n<p>Cafodd y cleient ei hatgyfeirio i d\u00eem Cadw\u2019n Iach yn y Gwaith gan ei rheolwr llinell, a oedd wedi sylwi bod problem barhaus \u00e2 chyd-weithiwr yn effeithio ar ei chymwyseddau gwaith. Roedd y cleient yn dioddef symptomau gorbryder ac wedi colli llawer o hyder yn ei gwaith.<\/p>\n<p>Cymerodd y cleient ran mewn chwe apwyntiad adolygu wythnosol\/pythefnosol trwy lwyfan rhithwir. Yn ystod yr apwyntiadau adolygu hyn, cafodd y cleient gymorth i drafod ei phroblemau cysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r gwaith mewn amgylchedd cyfrinachol ac anfeirniadol. Roedd hyn wedi caniat\u00e1u i\u2019r cleient feithrin hyder, adnabod sbardunau a defnyddio strategaethau ymdopi effeithiol. Cafodd gymorth hefyd i weithio ar ei hawliau pendant a sut i roi\u2019r rhain ar waith mewn sefyllfaoedd cysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r gwaith.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRwy\u2019n teimlo i mi gael gwrandawiad ac fe greodd Emma le diogel i mi rannu\u2019r hyn a oedd yn digwydd i mi. Rwy wedi adennill hyder a normaleiddio fy nheimladau, sydd wedi fy helpu i weld pethau yn eu gwir oleuni. Yn ystod fy sesiwn gyntaf, roeddwn i\u2019n gysgod o\u2019r hyn oeddwn i, yn emosiynol ac yn llawn hunanamheuaeth ond erbyn fy sesiwn olaf roeddwn i\u2019n hyderus ac yn glir fy nghanolbwynt unwaith eto, ac wedi ailgynnau fy niddordeb angerddol yn y gwaith\u201d.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Astudiaeth achos cymorth busnes<\/h3>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-large wp-image-7907\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research-1024x684.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"684\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research-1024x684.png 1024w, https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research-300x200.png 300w, https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research-768x513.png 768w, https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research-1536x1026.png 1536w, https:\/\/www.sewales-ret.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/SWAW-Pontus-Research.png 1745w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Yn ogystal \u00e2 chynnig cymorth clinigol i unigolion, mae Cadw\u2019n Iach yn y Gwaith hefyd yn helpu busnesau a\u2019u staff i feithrin diwylliant o gydraddoldeb a llesiant trwy ddatblygu polis\u00efau, strwythurau, prosesau ac ymddygiad cadarn.\u00a0 Mae Pontus yn un o\u2019r cwmn\u00efau y buont yn gweithio gyda nhw yn ddiweddar.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Pontus, yn Hirwaun yn cynnig gwasanaethau ymchwil a datblygu i\u2019r sectorau dyframaethu, morol a dyfrol o ran datblygu cynhyrchion maeth ac iechyd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r busnes am dyfu ac ehangu i safle ychwanegol yn y dyfodol agos. Yn rhan o\u2019r cynllun twf hwn, roedd gofyn cael fframwaith cadarnach o bolis\u00efau i gefnogi iechyd a llesiant y gweithlu. Yn ogystal, roedd angen bod y polis\u00efau\u2019n cynnig cymorth ac amddiffyniad i\u2019r busnes, gan ei alluogi i weithio tuag at fod yn gyflogwr y mae\u2019r gymuned yn dewis gweithio iddo.<\/p>\n<p>Awgrymodd Cadw\u2019n Iach yn y Gwaith bod angen adolygu polis\u00efau presennol y cwmni o ran y gweithle a pholis\u00efau ychwanegol i gefnogi llesiant y staff a sicrhau bod y fframwaith rheoli pobl yn fwy cadarn. Rhoddwyd yr ymyriadau hyn ar waith yn llwyddiannus wedyn ar y cyd \u00e2\u2019r cwmni.<\/p>\n<p>O ganlyniad, datblygwyd diwylliant yn y gweithle lle mae iechyd a llesiant y staff wedi gwella, gydag eglurder ynghylch yr hawliau, yr hawlogaeth, y disgwyliadau a\u2019r cymorth sydd ar gael i\u2019r cyflogeion.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Ivan Tankovski, y Cyfarwyddwr Ymchwil:<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRwy\u2019n falch o ddweud bod yr adborth ar ein polis\u00efau presennol yn ddefnyddiol iawn, ond beth oedd yn well oedd y ffaith fod y rhaglen hon wedi caniat\u00e1u i ni fabwysiadu nifer o bolis\u00efau newydd heb fuddsoddi adnoddau ychwanegol i\u2019w hysgrifennu. Ers i ni roi\u2019r polis\u00efau ar waith, mae ein staff, a\u2019n rheolwyr hefyd, yn llawer mwy ymwybodol o\u2019u hawliau a\u2019u cyfrifoldebau. O ganlyniad, mae mor\u00e2l y staff a\u2019u llesiant cyffredinol wedi gwella.
