Gwylio\u2019r fideos effaith ar wefan CGGC.<\/a><\/p>\nUn o\u2019r nifer o brosiectau a gefnogwyd gan y gronfa yw rhaglen Take Charge gan Innovate Trust sydd wedi bod yn cynnig cymorth ac arweiniad i bobl ag anableddau er 1967.\u00a0 Nod Take Charge, sy\u2019n gweithredu yng Nghaerdydd, Bro Morgannwg a Rhondda Cynon Taf, yw gwella sgiliau cyflogaeth a llesiant, ac mae\u2019n agored i unrhyw rai dros 25 oed sydd ag anabledd dysgu neu gyflwr iechyd sy\u2019n cyfyngu ar eu gallu i weithio ac sydd heb fod yn gweithio ar hyn o bryd.<\/p>\n

Astudiaeth achos Take Charge<\/h3>\n
Mae gan Amy, sy\u2019n fyddar, anabledd dysgu. Roedd Amy am ddysgu BSL er mwyn gallu cyfathrebu\u2019n fwy effeithiol \u00e2\u2019i staff cymorth, ei theulu, ei ffrindiau a\u2019r gymuned ehangach pan fyddai\u2019n gwirfoddoli. Mae gallu cyfathrebu\u2019n effeithiol ag eraill yn sg\u00ecl hanfodol yn y gweithle ac yn y cartref. Y rhwystr pennaf i Amy ar hyn o bryd yw diffyg sgiliau cyfathrebu effeithiol gan na chafodd gyfle i ddysgu BSL mewn modd hygyrch a bu\u2019n rhaid iddi ddyfeisio llawer o\u2019i harwyddion ei hun. Dim ond y bobl agosaf ati sy\u2019n gallu deall yr arwyddion hyn felly mae\u2019n bwysig bod Amy yn dysgu rhagor o BSL er mwyn camu tuag at gyfleoedd gwirfoddoli newydd a chyflogaeth.<\/p>\n
Mae Amy hefyd yn dwlu ar arddio a natur, felly buom yn cydweithio i ddysgu rhywfaint o BSL i Amy wrth iddi hefyd ddysgu am ddatblygu cynaliadwy. Bu modd i Take Charge ddarparu\u2019r sesiynau un-i-un yr oedd eu hangen arni i wella\u2019i sgiliau BSL a dysgu mwy am natur. Er nad oedd Amy ond wedi cyfarfod \u00e2 staff Take Charge unwaith o\u2019r blaen, roedd hi\u2019n barod i ymarfer arwyddion newydd gyda ni a gweithio fel t\u00eem i gael hyd i\u2019r ffordd orau o ddysgu, gan ddangos dyfalbarhad a gwytnwch clodwiw. Ein sesiwn gyntaf oedd y dystysgrif ragarweiniol BSL cysylltiedig \u00e2\u2019r gwaith, cyn symud ymlaen i\u2019n sesiynau \u00e2 thema datblygu cynaliadwy.<\/p>\n
Mae Amy wedi cwblhau tair sesiwn \u00e2 thema datblygu cynaliadwy gyda ni hyd yn hyn. Teitl ei sesiwn gyntaf oedd \u2018Pwy sy\u2019n byw yn eich gardd?\u2019 a oedd \u00e2\u2019r nod o annog y cyfranogwyr i ofalu am y bywyd gwyllt yn eu gardd a gwella bioamrywiaeth. Cafodd Amy gymorth gennym i ddysgu am y bywyd gwyllt yn ei gardd a dysgu arwyddion newydd ar gyfer yr anifeiliaid a\u2019r pryfed y gallai gael hyd iddynt. Bu Amy yn canolbwyntio\u2019n dda ar hyd y sesiwn. Defnyddiom ap BSL i helpu Amy i ddysgu\u2019r arwyddion yr oeddem yn llai sicr ohonynt. Aeth Amy ati i ddefnyddio\u2019r ap ei hun, ar \u00f4l i ni ddangos iddi sut y mae\u2019n gweithio, a theipio\u2019r geiriau yr oedd hi am eu cyfieithu i BSL. Bydd gallu defnyddio ap o\u2019r math hwn yn ddefnyddiol dros ben wrth i Amy ddatblygu ei sgiliau BSL. Mae modd defnyddio\u2019r ap hefyd fel offeryn i gyfathrebu ag eraill. Mae Amy bellach yn teimlo\u2019n hyderus i ddefnyddio arwyddion ar gyfer y gwahanol anifeiliaid a phryfed yn ei gardd.<\/p>\n
Roedd ein hail sesiwn \u00e2 thema datblygu cynaliadwy yn canolbwyntio ar sut y mae planhigion yn llesol i\u2019r amgylchedd. Dysgodd Amy am ffotosynthesis a chynhesu byd-eang yn y sesiwn hon. Buom hefyd yn trafod yr effaith gadarnhaol y gall planhigion ei chael ar ein llesiant ac anogwyd Amy i feddwl am y mathau o blanhigion yr hoffai eu tyfu.<\/p>\n
Gan fod y sesiwn hon yn rhoi sylw i thema debyg, roedd modd i ni fynd trwy\u2019r arwyddion yr oedd Amy wedi\u2019u dysgu o\u2019r blaen cyn cyflwyno rhai newydd a oedd yn ymwneud yn benodol \u00e2 phlanhigion. Unwaith eto, roedd Amy yn frwd iawn ar hyd y sesiwn ac yn ymgysylltu\u2019n wych. Mae dangos yr arwyddion yr oedd hi\u2019n gallu eu cofio wedi bod yn ddefnyddiol iawn o safbwynt hyder Amy. Roedd Take Charge yn gallu darparu\u2019r sesiynau hyn ar gyflymder addas i Amy er mwyn sicrhau ei bod yn cael y budd mwyaf o\u2019r profiad. Bellach, mae Amy yn gwybod mwy o BSL nag o\u2019r blaen ac mae hi\u2019n dechrau teimlo\u2019n fwy hyderus wrth ddefnyddio arwyddion gyda phobl newydd. Gall Amy ddefnyddio rhai o\u2019r arwyddion hyn \u00e2 thema natur pan fydd hi\u2019n gwirfoddoli yn yr ardd gymunedol. Yn yr un modd, cafodd Amy fynd trwy\u2019r arwyddion eto yn ystod ein trydedd sesiwn a oedd yn canolbwyntio ar Gyfrifiad Mawr Glo\u00ffnnod Byw.<\/p>\n
Teimlwn fod Amy bellach yn barod i symud ymlaen i gwrs BSL manylach. Ar \u00f4l cydgysylltu \u00e2 Chyngor Cymru i Bobl Fyddar, cawsom hyd i gwrs BSL anffurfiol a di-d\u00e2l i Amy a fydd yn cychwyn ar \u00f4l gwyliau hanner tymor yr hydref. Bydd y cwrs hwn yn helpu Amy i barhau i feithrin hyder a datblygu ei sgiliau BSL.<\/p>\n
