Part-funded leadership programmes to support Welsh businesses

Do you want to become an extraordinary leader? The ION leadership programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of owners, managers, and key decision-makers, with the aim of raising productivity in the workplace whilst developing sustainable, profitable enterprises.

Thanks to support from the European Social Fund, ION Leadership programmes are up to 70% funded for eligible businesses.
