20Twenty (Leading Business Growth East Wales)

Project description

20Twenty Leading Business Growth Programme is dedicated to helping ambitious organisations in East Wales deliver sustainable growth, by equipping managers, leaders and owners with the skills required to deliver improved efficiencies, plan growth strategies and implement expansion goals.

The programme will enable participants to gain qualifications, devise a business growth plan, benefit from an executive coach on a 1:1 basis at their place of work, develop mental toughness for successful negotiating, develop an innovation strategy to enter new markets and build key skills in marketing, finance, lean and change management. We are the only programme in Wales to offer a progression route from CMI Level 3 to Level 7, leading towards a Postgraduate Certificate and an Executive MBA

The programme will allow participants to develop a unique set of people and business skills which they can immediately use in the workplace to make a positive impact upon productivity, profitability and competitiveness. The programme includes all teaching materials, CMI membership, executive coaching on a 1:2:1 basis, and a personal tutor to help with the optional assignments.
