Leading Business Growth WWV (ION Leadership)

Project description

The ION leadership programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership skills of owners, managers and key decision-makers of any sized businesses. Delivered by business experts, the courses are based on practical, experiential learning within a trusted group of peers and they focus on finding real solutions for the real issues that leaders at all levels, face every day.

Creating better leaders allows for more engaged workforces, increased productivity, better bottom line and ultimately has a positive impact on the Welsh Economy as a whole.

The operation will be offering:

• Leading Growth – ILM level 5 Award + Swansea University Module Level 7 (15 credits) + CPD certified for up to 70 hours
• New Leaders Programme – ILM Level 3 Award + CPD certified for up to 40 hours

Geographical coverage

The project operates across the West Wales and the Valleys programme area.

Essential eligibility criteria

Owners, managers, leaders and key decision-makers of small, medium and large companies or social enterprises living or working in West Wales and the Valleys, excluding those from the public sector.

Specific targets

594 delegates leaving the programme with a qualification between Level 3 and 7.
